“Pension plans should be expanded, but only for people who have put enough time in -- and we should not give federal legislators pensions unless they've been in for many terms, don't have resources falling below a certain amount, and we do have campaign finance reform. I do not think the taxpayers should grant any benefits to any legislator who votes against granting those same benefits to the taxpayers”
