“Yes, pension plans in all of these areas are totally out of control! Not only should the pension plans be reformed, but hiring practices should also be changed for all government jobs. Jobs should be granted based on the candidate that has the best qualifications for the job, not on the color of someone's skin, quotas, gender, sexual preference or whether or not they supported the person who is in office.”
