A minimum coverage needs to be available (could be through the exchange), but employers need to put their workers into the "pool" so the pool gets large enough to provide affordable care to all. Stop tax breaks to companies for providing insurance and force everyone into the larger pool. Then, make the insurance companies compete for business by reverse auction of risk from the pool.”
