“If they are illegal and working and not using the system, provide a registration/green card that can be renewed every 9 months for as long as they learn english, work, and have no detrimental legal issues created here in the states. If they have a criminal record elsewhere that is not murder etc. they should be provided and avenue to become a legal citizen as long as they prove they are upstanding people.”
