“Yes and enforce the penalties that are already on the books for all other drugs plus lockup all illegals caught dealing, using or smuggling drugs in a Mexican prison. I am sure we can pay the Mexican Government to imprison these people at a much lower cost then we are spending now. If violators (especially Mexicans) knew they would be heading for a Mexican style existence for 5 or 10 years, we would see a big drop in crimes.”
