“I think it should be sold and taxed but used at home. Use of the drug anywhere out side the user's main place of residency should be illegal. If it remains illegal, then police should ticket people for possession of the drug the same as a traffic ticket. People caught under the influence of the drug should be treated the same as drunks getting dwi's.”
