They should get a fair trial and not subject to torture, but that does not mean they have full constitutional rights. Guantanamo should definitely be closed. Try them or send them home.

We should NOT be involved w/ taking "suspects" from foreign countries......if our foreign policy was worth a **** we could rely on THEIR country to investigate/prosecute IAW THEIR laws
