Yes, and the government should support more sustainable energy technologies including wind, solar, hydroelectric, geothermal, and nuclear.

 @8GGVQJ6Democrat  from Indiana  answered…1yr1Y

No, credits and subsidies need to made for solar and energy storage. Additionally used batteries from cars can be used for longer term storage of all renewable energy. Homes should be built with their own solar/wind/battery storage.

 @99BQB5L  from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

no, more research should be done on wind farms overall environmental impact.

 @95RSZXQIndependentfrom Northern Mariana Islands  answered…3yrs3Y

Wind and other renewables are a good stop gap to 100% nuclear energy which is, itaelf, a good stop gap to fusion energy.

 @94GXYW6Independent from Iowa  answered…3yrs3Y

No, there are more efficient forms of renewable energy that should be funded instead

 @946XVCCDemocrat from Ohio  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but more attention should be paid to solar, hydro, and nuclear energy.

 @Azerah from Arizona  answered…3yrs3Y

Nuclear should be the priority. However, when fusion becomes more readily available, that should be the priority

 @92M2R2B from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but monitor and set a cap on how much individuals or corporations can profit from the subsidies and advocate and ensure consumers are seeing the benefit of these incentives.

 @naomioniSocialist from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, the government should support more sustainable energy technologies. This should also include substantial public sector investment in renewable energy as well as research and development to fight the climate crisis; all critical research should be shared or worked on cooperatively with scientists and governments across the world.

 @8Q94HKF from Pennsylvania  answered…5yrs5Y

Sustainable energy is best placed in the hands of the people who need it, NOT greenwashed corporations.

 @8KC8JNYDemocrat from Massachusetts  answered…5yrs5Y

All alternative power funds should be increased and redirected to Nuclear Energy

 @8GNNHLR from Indiana  answered…5yrs5Y

No, wind power interferes with the local ecosystems. I support the use of nuclear power instead.

 @9D3F8XR from Washington  answered…2yrs2Y

No, because of the environmental damage. Although I do support using natural and renewable energy sources

 @9CPPJXW from Idaho  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9BDQT8MGreen from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but also include subsidies and tax credits to Solar, Hydro, and Nuclear energy aswell as Wind

 @9BD7KQWSocialist from North Dakota  answered…2yrs2Y

No, current wind power technology is not a very efficient form for alternative energy

 @986563QSocialist from Florida  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes and No. the government should make investments to the renewable energy sector but just temporarily to introduce energy dependency on it. Then the companies should be regulated.

 @8KP2K3C from California  answered…5yrs5Y

The government should be producing wind and other green energy sources and not using private corporations to do so.

 @7PTCG38Democrat from Wisconsin  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only tax credits since wind power has already been established as a valid and sustainable energy technology

 @7PTCG38Democrat from Wisconsin  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only tax credits since wind power is an established energy technology

No, increase investment into more reliable and sustainable alternative forms of energy such as nuclear, hydroelectric, thorium and geothermal.
