it would be depending on what we are funding for specifically, cause if we put more money into them to create wars we could settle by talking it out or some other way that doesn't involve in a physical altercation I would say no to wars and yes to peaceful negotiation. Redirect the spending of the current funds. Not for weaponry for destruction, but to adequately care for current soldiers, their families, their health, and to fit the needs of all veterans or dependents.
It depends, if they are getting ready for something big that might happen it could be fine and if they are getting better equipment, but if they are just spending on things they don't need then not ok.
