I believe that the current amount of spending is good, but we shouldn't be the policemen of the world. We should not have a large military base in Germany, protecting Germany. And we should not have a large military base in Japan, defending Japan. We must have a strong, vibrant and prepared military in the whole wide world.

But the budget should be audited and strict accountability practices put in place. Close the off market doors that are providing one way paths of weapons, ammunition and supplies to be sold out.
