No, legalize drugs, and have businesses watch over customers in a safe environment, include in the price taxes and an allotment for mandatory rehabilitation services after the client is done. this should be geared towards curing drug addiction as a problem while allowing individuals to partake of substances they enjoy in a safe manner. Should workers deem an individual to be addicted to the substance rehabilitation services will be administered.
