Regulate but do not decriminalize. Drugs with legitimate medical benefits should be available for prescription use by medical professionals. Recreational use of illicit or prescription drugs should continue to be criminalized.

Yes, decriminalize use but tougher laws on sales and distribution. Increase funding for rehabilitation as opposed to jail time. Still allow restrictions to operating vehicles and being entrusted with care of minors

Yes, decriminalize all drug use. If found using hard drugs(cocaine, meth, heroin, etc.) require a addiction treatment center, and provide help to avoid returning to that cycle. Drug traffickers still get prison time.

 @8VBLXGW from Alaska  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but not drugs with obvious and extreme side effects such as cocaine or meth

Yes, for marijuana and those who have been sentenced for possession of marijuana should have their records expunged. Persons who deal in other drugs should still be removed from society.

Yes, and immediately pardon and release all those in prison for non-violent drug crimes.

Decriminalization of marijuana but higher sentences for everything else.

 @8FZKB9WIndependent from Alaska  answered…6yrs6Y

Yes, as drug addiction and abuse stem from the people being fed illicit substances by the government. Drub abuse is a medical issue and requires decriminalization for people to feel safe to come forward and get the help that they so desperately need.
