I do not think a society can function well without government intervention because people resorted to complete chaos for a short time when the pandemic began. After all, the government was not enforcing any rules or regulations. Without specific laws being enforced, people always assume the worst and want to prepare for the worst, resulting in chaos.

I don’t believe they can be. They would have the same inherent advantages and disadvantages as other entrepreneurs on paper, but the stigma of them business owners is much more difficult to get past as well as a lack of financial stability.
