People going into college shouldn't have to pay for their tuitions or pay for their student loans, people should be able to have free education to learn and be more effective in the real world.

 @9X8MHJ2 from Connecticut  answered…2yrs2Y

No, Provide more lower interest rates for student loans, and Provide more scholarship opportunities for low-income students.

 @9WZVJRH from California  answered…2yrs2Y

They should, but most colleges like IV League are sometimes more of a wealth battle than intelligence.

 @9TZG9Z2 from Nevada  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, if student meets financial or merit based requirements; it is unfair to pay for students who will not take college nor their education seriously

 @9TGBB79Women’s Equality  from Georgia  answered…2yrs2Y

There should be a cap on tuition to 4 year universities and colleges. For example, tuition in the UK is capped at 9,000 euros!

 @9SLMCQZ from North Carolina  answered…2yrs2Y

The government should fully fund tuition for critical roles such as trades, nurses, teachers, engineers, etc.

 @9MYJQQLSocialist  from Missouri  answered…2yrs2Y

No, further regulate public university tuition costs to ensure affordability while focusing spending on academics and educational staff.

 @9L84ZLF from Idaho  answered…2yrs2Y

YES, and include programs to provide a sustainable income to students while they work to find a job they love doing.

 @9J9X4HK from Massachusetts  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, there so always be an option to obtain an education at a state funded school. Universities should be allowed to charge tuition if they want.

 @9HH65CV from Florida  answered…3yrs3Y

Work toward lowering the costs of College and University rather than needing the government to pay the full four years.

 @9H88DSB from Ohio  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if taxes on the rich are raised so that it is not only lower and middle class people funding it.

 @9GMYST8 from Arizona  answered…3yrs3Y

Make the college system actually affordable for the average student (without having to pay for part of the tuition).

 @9FPGDVFGreen from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9FMSV2BProgressive from Missouri  answered…3yrs3Y

Provide more scholarship opportunities and pay for only partial tuition so they can get a job and pay for the rest themselves if they're low income and can't pay for it themself.

 @9DNQPB9 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

The government should pay for veterans or people in the military to go to college along with their kids.

 @9DF5CQQ from New York  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but refrain from wasting money on those who aren't willing to put their utmost effort into free college.

 @9DCVH2HProgressive from Arkansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only low income students should have tuition paid in full, higher income students should get partial to no coverage depending on income.

 @9BPTY8T from Washington  answered…3yrs3Y

It would be helpful to provide a good amount of money for the students that need it other than that collage should be paid for if you can afford it. Also something that can help is if the interest rate would be lessened or removed.

  @batsoshe00Peace and Freedom from Indiana  answered…3yrs3Y

This is indeed a tough situation. Some people come from lower classes than others. Therefore upper-class families that can afford college shouldn't have free college compared to someone from a lower class. Yet, it's also difficult for schools to receive the funding they need to make that possible.

Yes, but we should socialize the education system in order to provide for everyone.

 @9CKCF3NProgressive from Florida  answered…3yrs3Y

They should pay for the 'general education' classes that are required, just as you would take at a community college

 @9CJCQBN from Illinois  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but the government should take steps to make public college tuition a lot more affordable.

 @9CH575Z from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9CFZLZZ from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Lower interest rates on student loans, better scholarship opportunities, and better access to financial aid programs

 @9CD4T3XSocialist from Alabama  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9C9VSWT from Connecticut  answered…3yrs3Y

States should cover tuition for public/state colleges/universities. However, private and for-profit universities/colleges should be discounted.

 @9BZZ3TV from Indiana  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, similarly to how you pay into a 401 k allow taxes to take care of tuition and more social/infrastructure programs instead of spending more on the military, etc.

 @9BZPN3W from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, invest in people's education to stimulate our society into a better one.

 @9BK56GGDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only partially, or provide more scholarship opportunities and look into the overpricing of college. Most institutions are charging for things a lot of students don’t even use. It needs to be more independent to the student and not just a flat rate. There is also tons of classes taken that have nothing to do with the degrees students are working for. Eliminate the nonsense requirements when it has nothing to do with their major.

 @9BJYD2S from Illinois  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, and regulate the price universities and colleges charge for tuition.

 @9BJJ4N8 from Virginia  answered…3yrs3Y

I agree if our federal government spread out the annual money accordingly we may have a little for college tuition funding. People who aren't able to go shouldn't only be stopped my financials.

 @9BD5X57 from Iowa  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, for lower income students who can't get the same opportunities as others, also provide lower interest rates for students loans

 @9BCH4W5 from Iowa  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9B66WD2 from Ohio  answered…3yrs3Y

no, meaning they shouldn't pay for all of it but help with some then yes, like have a plan that you apply for to help pay for college

 @9B3ND3N from Ohio  answered…3yrs3Y

 @99NVHGL from South Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, Everyone has a right to a proper education and should have their money taken from them when the ones being educated are the ones the government will need more in the long run because of the services we provide and the taxes we pay.

 @9BFLLWN from South Dakota  answered…3yrs3Y

I think it would be great for students to get a cheaper education especially in the days of inflation
