The US does not give Israel full health coverage for its people.

No, we don’t specifically provide aid for healthcare, however, as we provide approximately 70% of their military budget, they have those funds to spend elsewhere. While we are crushed by our military budget, for a DoD that cannot pass an audit, losing billions of dollars each year that are unaccounted for. We should not be providing (prior to 2023,2024) approximately 50% of all foreign aid to Israel. We have unlimited needs here in US and there are many more countries that desperately need aid to fend off starvation and disease.
