It’s the same as childhood vaccination. Everyone needs it to eliminate the risk but the determination must be scientifically proven by non partisan org and not influenced by any entity.

No. I think vaccination decisions need to be left up to the individual company. Interfering with a companies decision what to do with their employees disrupts the free market and competition within industries
