it should be up them to take it because its their body and they can do what ever they please.

 @BCMXP4H from Tennessee  answered…2mos2MO

 @MK0015  from Tennessee  answered…4mos4MO

I think as an immediate response to a health crisis, yes. However, in the years since 2020, COVID is a lot more treatable now, and I don't necessarily mind someone adhering to their own personal freedom when it comes to getting vaccinated for COVID or not. That said, I do still think measures should be taken to ensure the protection of immunocompromised individuals. So, if it's something like a nursing home, yeah you need to be vaccinated.

 @BB64TR6 from Tennessee  answered…4mos4MO

If the individual refuses to be immunized and they pass a sickness to others and causes life illness and or death then they should be held responsible if illness or death was preventable through having said vaccine.

 @B9RB9MYNo Labels from Tennessee  answered…5mos5MO

Only if other vaccinations such as against polio are similarly required, and not just against covid 19.

 @B98TM7K from Tennessee  answered…5mos5MO

I think the businesses should decide on that, and the government should maybe require it only for large businesses

 @B8LQGMW from Tennessee  answered…7mos7MO

Yes, unless a patient proves, with expert and doctoral approval, there is a direct medical reason that the vaccine will negatively impact their health.

 @B8HCX58 from Tennessee  answered…7mos7MO

I believe that if the employees of the business aren't comfortable with being vaccinated that they get COVID testing every week and send results in

 @B7YYN8M from Tennessee  answered…8mos8MO

I believe businesses that could put people at risk should require it but not be a government mandate ex. Healthcare workers, people that work with elderly, immuno compromised, and children

 @B7LMKQH from Tennessee  answered…8mos8MO

they can , but at the end of the day I feel like it should be up the the person if they wanna take it or not.

 @B7JBNW6 from Tennessee  answered…9mos9MO

I really think it's optional and it should be up to the business to either vaccinate their employees.

 @B7F6BH8 from Tennessee  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, if the large business has to deal with direct healthcare for those who could be most heavily impacted if they were to catch COVID, like the elderly or immunocompromised.

 @B77GCTD  from Tennessee  answered…9mos9MO

If they actively interact with people. The same should be true for the Influenza, DTaP and Tdap, Meningococcal Disease, Hepatitis A & B, HPV, MMR, Mpox, Polio, RSV, Pneumococcal disease, Rotavirus, and Varicella. Measures should be taken to make sure people have access to said vaccines. If religion prevents this, explaining that it endangers the others in the workforce. If that doesn't work, there should be code. Vaccine misinformation should be managed via education. This is expensive but necessary.

 @B72H9Q6 from Tennessee  answered…9mos9MO

Vaccination should be of your own choice, as it has some risks. Also there are other ways to get tested

 @B6WQH8P from Tennessee  answered…9mos9MO

It depends on how the person would react to the vaccine. Some people could be allergic and unable to get it.

 @B6QM3HL from Tennessee  answered…10mos10MO

No, ultimately I feel this is government overreach, and the Supreme Court to an extent agrees with me. I believe the mandate was rushed on a promise that was not able to be guaranteed. Inherently the risks to those working at the peak of the pandemic are a choice of those involved, not the say of the government. Especially since the vaccine did not reduce transmissibility, and ultimately only endangered those who were not vaccinated themselves with extreme conditions.

 @B6QBKJ2 from Tennessee  answered…10mos10MO

Just as the one with kids, they do not have to but if there is any spreading of a deadly disease than the company should be held accountable and the employee.

 @B6HQZ3W from Tennessee  answered…10mos10MO

No, this should be up to each individual and their beliefs. However, I think businesses should offer vaccination but never require.

 @B6GG45H from Tennessee  answered…10mos10MO

yes and no its should be up to the person it should be recommended but not required because some vaccines might be harmful

 @B64W9PV from Tennessee  answered…11mos11MO

No, I don't think vaccinations should be mandated but if it is it needs to be of company policy not government.

 @danieltarwater10  from Tennessee  answered…11mos11MO

No, vaccination should be voluntary and up to individuals and businesses, not forced by government mandate.

 @B5TL36RDemocrat from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

I do believe that a large amount of the employees should be vaccinated but not by government mandate. At the very least, they should wear a mask.

 @B5CQVWD from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

No businesses should be able to decide if they want to require COVID vaccination but no government mandate.

 @B4JC6NS from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

I feel it should be a personal choice as everyone may not have the same reaction to the vaccine making it harmful and even deadly for some. Different measures should be taken for different choices.

 @B4FX94RDemocrat from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but I think it should also have exceptions for those who are allergic or have other health conditions that prevent them from getting the vaccine.

 @B4CQZ2S from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but only if they don't want to be vaccinated because some people might not want to take the shot just because they might not be diagnosed with COVID.

 @B47WQKF from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

I believe it should be encouraged because vaccines can help people but also covid is a little irrelavent right now because it has become more like the flu and less dangerous. But, I don't believe that they should be required.

 @B42QLDC from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

If it was my business, and employees were working for me, the more people out sick, the less money coming in. They should get vaccinated if the owner tells them to.

 @B3HXH5D from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

No, I think the Covid vaccination needs to be researched more thoroughly and no person should be forced to take it

 @B2MD2CMPeace and Freedom from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

Some people maybe allergic to the medicine inside the vaccine so unless they're able to get it but I don't think it should be forced

 @B2BTQLH from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

Jobs that work medically or with foods or chemicals humans often come in contact with should require vaccines

 @B29JFG4 from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

Required vaccinations should be directed at individuals, rather than companies. True religious exemptions should be honored.

 @B22P3T8 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think they should require the vaccination but allow employees to reisign if they don't agree with the vaccination.

 @9Y8VYQF from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think the government should give a platform to a non-partisan scientific community for education of the public on the matter and not use its power to mandate

 @9Y8DXWR from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

The employees should have their choice on if they would want to be vaccinated or not, this should not be a requirement.

 @9Y53MW2 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

The government has no right to tell you what to do with your body. Companies can ask their employees to thoufh

 @9XVVYVX from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, the government doesn't shouldn't force workers to get vaccinated because it should be up to the employee and not the government to force them to take it.

 @9X4LJSM from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think that it should be up to individual beliefs. I think that it would be really nice for people to be vaccinated because it would help peoples safety, but it wouldn't be right for people to be unable to work at a specific location just because of their belief on vaccination

 @9WHPCVD from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think they should be vaccinated but if a person has medical or other issues that the vaccine could cause then they shouldn't.

 @9WHC5WB from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Not all of them but at least the first two vaccines and some booster shots. If it was someone allergic not at all

 @9WD7DW5 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

In the middle I understand both sides and i can see how they are agreeable so i dont lean towards one side more than the other.

 @9WCNRD2 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, if the business is material to the operations of the Federal Government, National Security, or Economic Vitality. If anyone refuses they should receive minimum government pay. If anyone accepts they should receive regular bonus pay, and full health coverage/pay to cover any future issues related to the vaccine.

 @9W6HC2C from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Vaccinations should be required for fields that require being around individuals who are prone to sickness or in poor health

 @9W53FFQNo Labels from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think it should be up to the individual. Forcing others to vaccinate would be like forcing someone to not have a choice about their own body, e.g. abortion.

 @9VZR3W6 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No but as along as it is an approved vaccine and the business requires it then the employee either follows the rules of the business or finds a job that aligns with their vaccine beliefs

 @9VYD4HT from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think when the health of the employee can potentially affect others it can be mandated but not for everyone all the time

 @9VRHBMP from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I do not think that the government should be in charge of a decision that needs to be made by the companies themselves, since the government may not be personally involved with the business.

 @9VRFWWP from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Um I think this is a complex issue. some argue that requiring vaccinations can help control spread of COVID-19 and protect public health, especially in large workplaces Others believe it should be a personal choice and that mandates could infringe on individual freedoms. The decision often balances public health benefits with personal liberty concerns.

 @9VMZYNC from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I feel like it is your choice, all the covid shot does is make the symptoms better for if you do have it.

 @9VKYJ7Q from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I don't think they should require it but I do think they should highly suggest it for the small fact that larger companies have more people which makes it easier for people to get sick

 @9V53246Democrat from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

We require children to have vaccinations before they can attend school and covid vaccination should be one of them.

 @9TYGTV2 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Pertaining to the COVID vaccine, you should have a choice and not have to disclose whether or not you received the vaccine.

 @9TTMP9B from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

The government should not require vaccination. Businesses should have the option to require vaccination. The initial vaccine and boost have been effective, but we need more research on them

 @ProudJew  from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

he best solution for a country regarding COVID-19 vaccination is to prioritize transparent communication, making data on vaccine efficacy and safety easily accessible while addressing public concerns and misinformation. Rather than relying solely on mandates, the government should encourage vaccination through education, positive incentives, and ensuring universal access to vaccines, particularly in underserved communities. For those unable or unwilling to be vaccinated, alternatives like regular testing and mask-wearing should be offered. By focusing on building trust through independent ove…  Read more

 @9T54LXX from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, I think healthcare and services that primarily serve high-risk people should have the right to require vaccinations.

 @9SZFB7QGreen from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think at this point it doesn't need to be required. When we were in the spike of COVID, I would've said yes, but now that it's more like the flu, I would say it's not as necessary. Plenty of people don't get flu shots.

 @9SY599M from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, I think it should be at the digression of the large businesses so that the responsibility is placed on them.

 @9SXGMGB from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but the vaccine should be a national requirement with exceptions only for those with an allergy to the ingredients

 @9S5VF7PPeace and Freedom from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think that if the employee refuses then don't let them unless it's too big of a deal then possibly. I haven't ever been vaccinated and never got COVID.

 @9RZ7TTLPeace and Freedom from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

no I think it should be the peoples choice if they want to get it at all, people shouldn't be forced to get vaccinated

 @9RYXV25 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No. Businesses should require individuals to either take the vaccine or abide by a standard set of precautions to ensure the safety of all workers.

 @9RPLWV5 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

The government should require COVID vaccinations for all government workers, teachers, and healthcare workers who do not meet a health exemption

 @9RP7M3J from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No. I think if an employee refuses to wear a mask they should be vaccinated but otherwise it should be not mandatory and left up to the individual.

 @9PPD56J from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, businesses should be able to decide what they require and the government should not be involved.

 @9NSWGVT from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, the COVID vaccine was poorly researched and it is likely that is causing heart and fertility issues

 @9LNP7WM from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, I think vaccination should be the choice of the individual not that of the business or the government, especially for an illness that does not cause major issues

 @9LLHFVFRepublican from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, because the employees should want to get the vaccination. Also, we don't enough about the COVID vaccination to make a bunch of people take it, maybe it has something in there someone is allergic to and they wont know it

 @9LHFHGZ from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

yes i think large businesses should require a vaccination because if someone gets sick on the job they will have a vaccine

 @9LCRGGJ  from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

The Federal Government should not be involved or have any say whatsoever about any vaccine or anything medical in general for anyone, including large businesses, small business, schools, etc. No government entity state or federal should have any input as to medical issues of private citizens.

 @9KZTL3S from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

In my stance, I believe no government should make vaccinations from any epidemic, or pandemic, mandatory for every worker employed in any business. Instead, the business should have the ultimatum, obliged to their workers, to make vaccinations mandatory under exceptions to business policies or government regulations via OSHA.

 @9KYNR93 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, the government should have the authority to require the vaccination of its population against a devastating pandemic with exceptions in place.

 @9KYFSVLPeace and Freedom from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, no one should be forced to get a vaccine if they don’t want it or it goes against religious beliefs.

 @9KS4S24 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Maybe, COVID-19 is a big thing and it has died down more from what it was like in 2020 and 2021 but it still can hurt the population.

 @9KLX8GW from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

There should be exemptions for those with medical conditions that should be exempt if their condition requires it.

 @9KLQKRF from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Depending on what the organization is, hospital or food products yes, just normal office building or gaming design not really

 @9K7TNM8Peace and Freedom from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Depends on the business the business is conducting, if they are working in a medical field or around lots of people constantly then yes.

 @9JS8Z5V from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

With the virus currently being dealt with at a controlled rate, it is no longer necessary to require a vaccination.

 @9JL97BM from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

If people have medical conditions that would be worsened by the vaccination then not but if not then yes.

 @9JJYZQLProgressive  from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

It'd be better for employees to be vaccinated, however, I think that because the pandemic has mostly subsided it isn't something that deserves super strict regulation at the moment.

 @9JH4K2K from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think the government should require all businesses to had some sort of vaccination to decrease the risk and spread of deadly illnesses.

 @9J8TLML from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Private buisness has the right to do what they want. I do not think government should force their employees to be vaccinated

 @9HYGNC2Democrat from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but allow for religious freedoms if an ingredient goes against a religious standpoint or belief system.

 @9HYDX74 from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

No, no one should require the covid vaccine ther is not enough information of the vacine to safely mandate it.

 @9GYWPMZIndependent from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

Some people have different opinions and don't trust it so forcing them to do so could cause a massive outrage.

 @9GYHYFM from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

The vaccine isn't the best option for everyone, but everyone should be tested every few weeks or every month

 @9GRJ83W from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

No, I think businesses have every right to require vaccination but the government should not be able to mandate people’s bodys

 @9GNSHD4Democrat from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

Its up to the people if they want to get vaccinated or not. If they end up getting sick then its on them and the people that are vaccinated will have prevention of the disease.

 @9GL3M4L from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

i think certain places like hospitals millitary bases and factorys should but other places maybe not since working from home seems to be more efficent for office jobs

 @9GH8DXNRepublican from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

No, No one should be in charge of weather your vaccinated or not. it should be completely your choice for all vaccines

 @9GF4RPQ from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

If they can be vaccinated then yes but if there is a issue that the individual may have concerning health and stated by a doctor then no.

 @9FQ7LC8 from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, unless they can't take it due to allergies or a weak immune system.
