You believe that prioritizing the well-being of the community as a whole leads to a more harmonious and prosperous society for all its members.
Communitarianism is a political ideology that emphasizes the connection between the individual and the community. Communitarianism is often contrasted with classical liberalism, a philosophy that holds individual rights and freedoms as paramount.
The roots of communitarianism can be traced back to ancient philosophies, such as Confucianism in China and Hellenistic philosophies in Greece, which…

Community to me is a not a group people, but a foundation to where we help and benefit each other to help us grow not only as people, but as family who stand together for what is right and truthful to bring a new beginning to others, and ways to benefit my home and the people I care about to help the community.

How much responsibility do you think you have towards contributing to the well-being and improvement of your community?
@9HTGLZFLibertarian 2yrs2Y
We all take a responsibility for each other. we should all be watching what we're saying. How are saying it and not trying to Stir the pot and cause trouble. honesty works truth works and proper. Education of history works when you start skewing all of that, you start teaching new generations. Things and ideals that never did happen. Just so you can shape their minds and effect their politics.

Is it possible for individual success to be harmful to community well-being, and would you be willing to forgo it?
@9H5HPV5Independent3yrs3Y
There is a necessary balance to be found between the needs of the community and the needs of the individual. Pure self-interest is immature thinking, but subordinating the self entirely within a group is not productive either. Individual success should be contextualized within the community, and culture should be organized in such a way as to celebrate the individual when those successes demonstrate the strength of the community to produce positive goods and allow for individual creativity and innovation. Antisocial individual successes should be discouraged, like someone being really good at lying or manipulating others for selfish gain.

Small communities don't have infinite resources so time and finances must be delegated carefully. One way help is provided within small communities is with volunteers, often of younger generations, supplying manpower, and the donation of goods/services, all at the cost of nothing. But, the most important way youth volunteers provide to small communities is through their character. This new generation of individuals wanting to make positive change pour their heart and soul into what they do for their community. These volunteers are the ones who leave a lasting impact on both those younger and older than them with their considerate insights. They bring a unique perspective, broaden horizons, and undoubtedly inspire with how much they care about growing a “sense of community.”
