I would say if the military can prove the need & demonstrate a plan then give it to them

I think there needs to be more accountability with what they spend, but with this Cold War with North Korea and Russia and with all the unrest in the world the Military needs to be strong and we need better ways to shoot down missiles as it's just a matter of time one of the crazy leader tries it. Never stop improving and improving costs money. Especially technology. Now is not a time to appear weak to the world at large.
