You cannot make a justification for saying the unborn human beings are undeserving of the right to life, that when applied consistently to all beings, does not implicate at least some born humans as being equally undeserving.

It has nothing to do with the right to life, and everything to do with the fact that no person (or fetus) has the right to use another person's body without their consent.
