When a pregnant woman is killed it is a double homicide. I don't believe you are entitled to the right to kill a human being

If you kill the unborn child of a pregnant woman who wants to have her baby, then you have violated her consent over that pregnancy, hence why it is an unjust act of murder; however, if a pregnant woman who does not consent to being pregnant gets an abortion, then the abortion is justified because she has the sole consent to decide who can or cannot use her body, at any time, for any reason. The difference is about the consent over the use of your body, not about the status of life of the person violating it.

Secondly, if someone is assaulting you, and you shoot and kill them, then you have just killed a person in self-defense, right? Are you against that as well? Is anyone who kills anyone, for any reason or circumstance, just a murderer to you? Or, do you recognize that there are actually many rights and situations that make killing justified?
