Dealers are not the issue

They are simply making a sale, using form systems that are (admittidly) out of date. the ATF 4473 form intrudes unreasonably on individuals stances and not their ability to be able to handle a firearm. There should be a general safety section added regarding things like "treat every weapon as if its loaded" and "never point at something you arent willing to kill, maim, or destroy"
