Except that doesn't work. Racism will continue to exist even if you ignore it; in fact, racism will exist especially if you ignore it. The people who benefit from racist systems and institutions would love nothing more than for you to just shut up about the injustices of racism, which is exactly why we should keep talking about it until it is structurally abolished.
