Ah, the Zero Sum Fallacy, the most common error in economic reasoning. You assume that each economic transaction that takes place, namely wage and price setting, must necessarily benefit one side while necessarily harming another. This is absurd, if at least one side was injured in each economic transaction that takes place, no one would trade with one another and no one would be working.
