What role do you think religion should play in education, and why?

I think that only schools that are private and kids apply for them with their parents should involve education because it can devalue other peoples religions if in public school they only learn about one specific religion that doesn't give students the opportunity of discovering more. I think religion should be discussed in history classes but only for the purpose of learning about it and not practicing it there in class for public schools.

Religious groups should not be allowed to piggyback their beliefs onto Public serving educational institutes.
