I think that there are a lot of different ways that people are discriminated against for and I think that equal pay and rights for women is just another way that needs to be improved.

Women already have equal pay. The myth that women don't have equal pay is based on the average earnings of males compared to females. Females typically take lower paying and less dangerous jobs, as well as having less leadership roles, thus their pay is lower on average.

Women have the same rights as men, and they are not paid less. They accumulate less money over time due to less hours worked overall and a the personal choice to peruse lower paying careers.

Men's rights as human rights
Men's role in the raising of children has been tossed aside as an afterthought in the framing of our laws and court decisions.
Recent studies have shown what men have known all along, that children need a father to develop into mentally healthy and productive humans, and that single father households accomplish this goal far better than single mother households. In fact, single fathers are on par with 2 parent households.
