To lose much of its beauty and ecological culture would be like losing a limb. Not only with lesser resources, but being faced everyday with the image of our Earth that we have exploited and ravaged until it is ugly would be disheartening, and ultimately hard to withstand.

The earth provides so many of our resources, if it is ravaged, my kids would not be able to experience the same life I had.
