My family has raised me to always help others and value unity and providing help for others. Due to their teachings I try my best to help improve the community even if by small actions.

It hasn't motivated me almost at all because I don't get motivated to make community-wide changes by my family. I think that it's a bad thing to run an entire community of thousands of people based on a small family of 5 or so people.

It motivates me to improve my surroundings because this is their life too. We will continue to live the same way for years if no one steps up to say something about it. So I will do it.
