If we are concerned about people not able to afford a government photo ID then it should be free for those who do not have a drivers license etc. They can also make it easier for those who do not have one to get one by removing some of the hoops they need to jump through. Problem solved. Photo ID should be required and everyone should have the ability to vote, just need some commonsense people to figure out how to meet both criteria.
