Yes, justices on the Supreme Court should not be able to make or receive monetary transactions on the basis of a ruling by somebody in favor of said ruling, which is basically considered bribery, but then again, the financial spending of justices, if separate from cases they are hearing or heard, should be their own business. It's dependent on the context of the spending.
