Most **** would be perfectly happy to allow religious institutions to deny same sex couples
i mean why would you want to be married in a place that doesn't like you?
We want a legal marriage and the benefits that come from it. We are happy to leave religion out of it if the religion stays out of our relations.
The Christian taxpayers are a minority here its about time they kindly stepped down and admitted it.

This country was settled by Christians, conquered by Christians, founded by Christians, and raised to greatness by christians. Every conceivable thing that makes this country great is do in some part to principles of Christian civilisation. This is our country, not yours. This is our land, defended by the blood, sweat, and tears of our forebears. If you hate Christianity, you hate America. Leave.

I don't hate Christianity, I'm perfectly willing to live in peace with them.
However I do think its time they admitted they are no longer the ruler of this land and need to admit that other people can live their lives the way they want to.
This is our land defined by the blood sweat tears and deaths of all of our forebears. My ancestor the same as yours worked for this country to be founded and to be preserved.

It is precisely because your ancestors worked so hard for this country to be founded that they would so adamantly oppose poisonous pro-death, anti-Christian, anti-marriage, anti-biology ideologies that threaten to destroy it. I am perfectly willing to live in peace with those who disagree with me, but when they try to murder, mutilate, and butcher innocent children, try to destroy the nuclear family, which is the foundation of any free society, and try to reject objective truth in favor of moral relativism, I cannot stand aside and watch, because that would mean destruction to my country. And I may too be a minority but I will speak up for and fight for people whose basic rights are stripped away from them. I will not allow anyone to strip away the right of bodily autonomy and to control others like they are your puppet. I also will not allow hating on people for things they cant control and hurt no one to go unchecked as it has for far too long. Like our ancestors who fought for escape the oppressive British the Revolutionary War, to end slavery in the Civil War, to give women the right to vote, to bring down the Nazis in World War Two, to fight for the end to blacks having second class citizenship I fight to end hate and oppression and to create a world equal for all.

In your worldview, you have no rights. The ultimate authority in your life must be government, since you deny the existence of God, so if government takes away doctors' "rights" to murder unborn children and mutilate third-grade schoolgirls in the name of your depraved heathen sex cult, then you can't whine about it, because what they say is final. Also, in your worldview, you have no right to be concerned about any "injustice" anywhere, because right and wrong don't exist and therefore might makes right and it's all survival of the fittest. Since your worldview is laughably irrational and absurd, you can't consistently make any criticism of anything I say. It's hilarious to watch.

I am absolutely fuming right now. As a proud retired member of the military, I have put my life on the line and made countless sacrifices for this country. And yet, there are people out there who have the audacity to use the days of sacrifice and unity that I and my fellow soldiers fought for to make the LGBTQ community sound acceptable. Let me make something very clear, I HATE THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY. And no, it's not because of some twisted ideology or unfounded fear. It's because of their constant promotion of their lifestyle and their blatant disregard for the values that our countr… Read more

I don't understand how Christianity is still being defended. It is the most idiotic thing to believe in. Yeah, a virgin birthed a child who is also the son of a not proven, not physical being. He's also going to magically show up again in a while, burn anyone with the misfortune of being born into the wrong culture or area, and give us high and mighty good people heaven for all eternity. It takes four seconds of using a brain cell to realize that none of that is possible. Especially when you look at the origins of Christianity. Lets for sure trust a group of people with 25 year life spans and no official education who decided to write unrealistic expectations into a book, demand payment to churches to go to heaven, and promote pedophilia, slavery, and inequality. Listen to yourself, really, and get a grip on reality.
