You and I both know (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you have a nonzero IQ here) that basing laws on religious values is a far cry from Congress creating a National Church of the United States that all taxpayers are required to send money to. The First Amendment was written to prevent THAT, it was NOT written to make America a Secular Nation, that's for dang sure.
