Basically, by simply building and repairing the borders and increasing the number of border patrol agents, the situation can easily be remedied and there would be largely no need for the emergency declaration.

The illegal immigration crisis has gotten way out of hand, we need to declare a national emergency now to urge immediate action to be taken to deport the illegals and prevent further illegal immigration
