Yes, and require all emission based machinery to transition to clean energy
The infrastructure needed to support the power requirements that would be associated with a full EV mandate is lost in this conversation, as our infrastructure is no where near well equipped enough to handle the power output requirements. This would take decades and billions of dollars to implement.
