If you want full benefits like Medicaid, come here legally, follow the process, and pay taxes the right way — then yeah, you can qualify like any American citizen who needs help. But giving full 'free' health care to people who came illegally feels like rewarding people who skipped the line, and it strains the system for everyone else who played by the rules.

We pay taxes and don't even get free health insurance. Migrants do not do enough for our country to deserve such benefits, and honestly medicaid as well as other forms of government assistance are biased towards migrants.
