people that are either here Legally or Illegally come into a country knowing they are not a citizen and don't have the same rights as one. In Canada, no non-citizen is permitted to vote at any level of government, the same for every other country. you would have people come into your country, that don't share the same Culture and beliefs, change where you live. your country would no longer be the same, and Foreign Enemies could do the same thing.
