I strongly agree with this statement because who's the government to determine whether a baby is born or not?

They aren't the one carrying the baby for 9 months neither are the the one having to breastfeed and take care of it after it is born. It is quite irrational for others to believe they have the rights over the body of a woman and we also need to consider the fact that the 'baby' that's being aborted is a chunk of cell and can't feel any sort of pain nor feelings.
