So yes, the woman terminated the potential of life, but did not murder a baby. There are many reasons why someone may need an abortion, such as medical conditions that complicate the pregnancy/ birthing process, and some of these conditions can be fatal to the mother if she goes through with the pregnancy.

It's not alive and can not breathe alone if born that prematurely, which would just say that was a miscarriage before the 21 weeks
