I totally agree with this

It makes sense that if people want to hunt for food, they should be allowed to, but guns are still really dangerous weapons. It’s kind of like getting a driver's license—you have to take classes and pass a test to show you can be responsible on the road. Having everyone go through evaluations and safety training just seems like a smart way to make sure people know what they’re doing and keep everyone else safe.
