Only US citizens should be allowed to vote for their leaders

US citizens have the right to the land, and the right to elect their leaders. Foreigners have no right to the land, and have no right to elect leaders. However, if they become US citizens and have children, those children have a right to the land, and therefore have a right to elect leaders.
