Wade in the case Dobbs v. Jackson. The court ruled that the substantive right to abortion was not “deeply rooted in this Nation’s history or tradition”, nor considered a right when the Due Process Clause was ratified in 1868.

Only a woman can decide what is right for her body
Bringing a child into this world is a huge responsibility. It comes with risks to the mothers health, risk of the child's health. The mother may lack the ability to provide for or love a child that is unexpected or born from trauma. Too many children are placed into foster care for these reasons.
