I believe that abortion is not necessarily murder if the fetus has not become an embryo yet. It should be illegal to abort a fetus if you were not responsible when conceiving it. On the other hand, abortion should be an option for sexual assault victims. With evidence that has been proven in court from the law or themselves.

However, if the woman did consent to her partner, no, because they should know that when getting down with their partners, sometimes they have an unexpected pregnancy.
