if you wind up in the situation that you are pregnant you should have to deal with it by having the child with the only exception being rape.

Pro life unless the mothers life is in danger, rape, incest etc. But the government SHOULD NOT BAN ANYTHING NOR SHOULD THEY HAVE THE POWER TO BAN SOMETHING

 @9Y7YDSHConstitution from Pennsylvania  answered…11mos11MO

I think from a biblical standpoint, it should be banned for everyone except rape and sexual assault victoms.

 @9XNXVLSConstitution from Ohio  answered…11mos11MO

It’s the choice of the individual. They have to live with whatever decision they make. It’s between them and God.

 @9X4VDL3Constitution from North Carolina  answered…11mos11MO

I am mostly pro life and it makes sense because the baby did nothing to deserve the death penalty. it is debatable of rape victims and incest, but some things that are considered a abortion are not. and that being apposed is unacceptable.

 @9WZQD8NConstitution from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

pro life even if the baby was made from trauamama, the baby is still one of Gods angels and we cant get rid of the lords angels.

 @9WNFT7LConstitution from Indiana  answered…11mos11MO

Should be allowed up to three months, but requires admission from the mother that it is the ending of a human life.

 @9WHBS36Constitution from Washington  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-life however I believe if their are health issues and victims of rape and incest should be given this choice.

 @9VXVQBFConstitution from Georgia  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-Choice, because the government should not regulate anyone with what they do with anyone's body. Abortion is an ethical subject, not a political one.

 @9VPVMSBConstitution from Arizona  answered…12mos12MO

Pro- life. Ban after 3 months. No Government funding. An abortion is an elective surgery and should be treated as such by a medical professional covered by medical insurance. Endangerment should be treated like a medical emergency. Abortion is not birth control. In cases of rape or incest or child pregnancy there are ways of preventing pregnancy. Make women feel safe to get these seeing how a lot of rapes go unreported

 @9THY4Y2Constitution from Alabama  answered…1yr1Y

there is a time period where I think it should be someones choice but after say about 5 mounths it is to late to abort the baby

 @9T2XBFQConstitution from Pennsylvania  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice. only if its after the first 3 months, a rape case, incest, or danger to the mother and or baby. It should still provide birth control, sex education, and more social services.

 @9SWHKPRConstitution  from Alabama  answered…1yr1Y

I am an abolitionist. They should be completely banded and everyone involved should be charged with the various levels of murder, manslaughter, etc.

 @9SN64HZConstitution from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

that if a female is raped or forced then she has a right but if she does intentally or on substances then she has to take care of the child

 @9NSQJZNConstitution from Georgia  answered…1yr1Y

Legal abortion but greater push for birth control. Only insurance coverage for abortion, no taxpayer subsidy.

 @9MVX2DZConstitution from California  answered…1yr1Y

Women should have the right to have access to the proper healthcare to deal with their own personal health problems. Abortion is sometimes just as necessary as a medical procedure as amputation. The government should not limit the amount of healthcare its citizens have access too.

 @9LZ38NDConstitution  from Florida  answered…1yr1Y

Give everybody one abortion, than no more unless in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child

 @9LH3XDFConstitution from Iowa  answered…1yr1Y

Abortion goes aginst the U.S. Constitution so either way it doesn't matter what my opinion is because one is your body and two banning it is aginst the Constitution..

 @9KSNRNWConstitution from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, you choose to have sex so in those cases you shouldn't be allowed to have an abortions unless it's rape, complications or incest.

 @9KLSRVWConstitution from Ohio  answered…2yrs2Y

It should not be allowed you choice to make the decision and you should have to face the decision you made.

 @9K6X35DConstitution from Arkansas  answered…2yrs2Y

Both, as long as it's for someone who was forced to conceive and not for someone who just uses it irresponsibly and repeatedly.

 @RicardoDavisConstitution from Georgia  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-personhood, all innocent human life should be protected from homicide from fertilization to natural death

 @9JRR9Z5Constitution from Michigan  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-Choice, should have clearly stated restrictions. birth control, sex education, and more social services should be provided

 @9J7PL9HConstitution from Missouri  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro life, but allow in cases of rape, incest, if the mother/child would be in danger, or within the first 3 months.

 @9J6V3ZKConstitution from Vermont  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life, and I oppose all abortions, and financial aid and other aid should be available for victims of any kind of rape.

 @9HWRHQJConstitution from Georgia  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice but states have the right to determine banning laws. The individual then can choose where they want to live.

 @9HRPT66Constitution from Iowa  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life, but allow in case of rape, incest or life of the mother. Also provide birth control, sex education and more social services to reduce the number of abortions

 @9H9PW6KConstitution from Kentucky  answered…2yrs2Y

pro-life, but in cases of rape allow but other than that it is not the child's fault it was made so you shouldn't ruin a new life being made.

 @9GWZW68Constitution from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro vasectomies…. reliable birth prevention, reversible, inexpensive, day surgery. No longer have to worry about unwanted births because men sleep around.

 @9GMH9F9Constitution from Iowa  answered…2yrs2Y

If a woman is raped they should have the right to an abortion, but they have to chose at the hospital

 @9G2LZKKConstitutionanswered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life except in the cases of incest or the endangerment of the mother. Because its not the fault of the child that they were born from a cruel father or mother

 @9FZJQL8Constitution from Montana  answered…2yrs2Y

Mostly pro-life but there are circumstances that can sometimes get better from an operation, although every loss is bad

 @9FQNDHRConstitution from Ohio  answered…2yrs2Y

Every American, living and unborn, has a right to life, and abortions take that right away before a person has the opportunity to live. Abortion should be made illegal nationwide, in every state. However, no part of the U.S. Constitution mentions abortion, as such, abortion laws should be made at the state levels, whether to ban or protect abortion. The federal government has no authority to make laws pertaining to abortion

 @9FJ2W22Constitution from Georgia  answered…2yrs2Y

Abolish abortion in all cases except the unlikely risk to health of the mother

 @9F79QS2Constitution from Washington  answered…2yrs2Y

Morally: pro-life. Politically: this is a state/local issue and the states should determine legality.

 @9DXPBXHConstitution from Georgia  answered…2yrs2Y

Government should regulate safety of those practicing medicine and all procedures should be dictated by the patient and their provider in all cases despite my personal beliefs of when life begins.

 @9DXJ43LConstitution from New Jersey  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life, but I think it’s an debate won through education and culture, not legislation and bans.

 @9DWT6M4Constitution  from Washington  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro life. However, if the life of the mother is in danger and the baby is more than likely going to die during birth then an abortion should be allowed to take place. Only in extreme cases.

 @9DK8JB3Constitution from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life, but allow abortions up to 15 weeks.as long as it's not fu ded by the federal government.

 @9DJW2SGConstitution from Louisiana  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9DF8VN3Constitution from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life, only for rape/incest victims or if dangerous to mother within first 3 months

 @9D58ZBZConstitution from North Carolina  answered…2yrs2Y

ok for rape, incest, health risk and if men are also able to opt out of being responsible for the child too - men should also be able to choose to not have a child just like a woman can choose to not have a child

 @9D4R66BConstitution from Colorado  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-Choice, But those who get abortions should be permanently sterilized to prevent any further pregnancies.

 @8T7GQZYConstitution from California  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro Life allowance for rape and incest WITH counseling and advocacy for adoption

 @9ZJG2M5Constitution from Hawaii  answered…10mos10MO

i think that it should be leagal because what if a girl gets raped and they cant get rid of it because abortion is illegal and the hospitla and the goverment have to track that person that had a baby and they would check if its still alvive and I think that abortion should be legal

 @93W4LV6Constitution from Oregon  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9XMYDH3Constitution from Nevada  answered…11mos11MO

People should already not choose to kill there baby but if its going to kill them or harm them in any way then they have the option though i still don't think they should do it.

 @9BKWJHFConstitution from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Abortion Should Be Legal as long as I Don't Have to Pay for It, with State or Government Funding like Panned Parenthood.

 @9B5BV9ZConstitution from Florida  answered…2yrs2Y

This should be the only choice: Pro life. Yes to morning after pill and first 30 days. Consideration for Rape and incest to 90 days. Consideration for life of the mother possibly later. Encourage adoption and private funding. Criminalize abortion after the point a child can be viable outside of the womb.

 @9B33SMRConstitution from New Jersey  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life, but allow if the mother's life is in danger and there is not way to save the child.

Pro-life, but allow if there is significant threat of danger to the mother

 @95YVQZBConstitution from Missouri  answered…3yrs3Y

The 9th amendment states that powers not directly given to the federal government are either reserved to the states or the people. Therefore, abortion should be regulated by the states.

 @95ZBC94Constitution from Rhode Island  answered…3yrs3Y

You should never kill an unborn person. A mother can have a caesarean section if giving normal birth would kill or harm her. Also, you should not kill an unborn person when the pregnancy is because of incest or rape.

 @95WQ72NConstitution from Nevada  answered…3yrs3Y

 @95GZ473Constitution from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Equal protection, baby from conception, all people implicated in abortion should be criminally tried for murder

  @JonBSimConstitutionfrom Kentucky  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro-life

Pro-life, and I also oppose abortion for victims of Rape and Incest, but allow in cases of Danger to the Mother.

The sex revolution has ended with joyless happiness, short-lived pleasure, reductionism of marriage, and objectification of sexes, to name a few.

You don't answer the evil of rape with the murder of the child.

The only legitimate reason for abortion is the life of the mother.

Elective abortion is simply murder out of convenience and an escape from the consequences of actions.

personally, I think that there should be a paper BOTH of the parents should be able to sign an abortion paper saying that if one of the parents doesn't sign the form the parent that didn't sign the form should take and care of the child if none of them sign the form the abortion doesn't go through either but if both parents sign the paper the abortion goes through

I believe there should be restrictions such as: only in cases of incest, rape, life of mother or child, plus it shouldn't be done after a certain amount of time based on the babies heartbeat & development, but I also believe that you have to live with your choices and we don't have the right to tell you and vice versa what to do with our bodies.

 @93XWPWWConstitution from Arizona  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro-life, but we need to reform the definition of abortion so mothers needing early deliveries to save both lives need to be available.

 @93M8NWKConstitution from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro-life, and I oppose abortion for victims of rape and incest but allow in extreme cases of life or death to the mother.

 @93L7W2CConstitution from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro choice up until 6 weeks then allow for cases of medical need, rapez and incest

 @8ZWF7FSConstitution from Georgia  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8ZH6Q6MConstitution from Illinois  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro choice but I don't think a woman should be able to get one without fathers consent. If man wants her to get abortion and she said no. He is financially responsible for the kid. But if she wants one and father wants kid she should be prohibited from the abortion and have to pay father for raising kid

 @8ZH5YL5Constitution from New York  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-Choice, although there are already birth control, sex education, and social services and programs doesn't necessarily remove the likability for unexpected pregnancy to occur. Bringing in life is a huge responsibility, so we'd want to make sure it's done in the best and in the best conditions possible for both the parent and the child. Although, it should be considered to put limits on that choice; Such as, how many abortions you can get in a year, the conditions one must be in for an abortion at a certain term, etc.

 @8YHRDJXConstitution from Illinois  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8Y3X8C8Constitution from Virginia  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-choice, but should be legislated at the state level instead of the federal level

 @8Y3M44DConstitution from Missouri  answered…4yrs4Y

i think first trimester is understandable but past that it is immoral and wrong i think the only thing that should be allowed after 1st trimester is if its medically threatening

 @8XYD9CKConstitution from Massachusetts  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-Choice, the government has no right to make mandates over someone else’s body

 @8XWQLHRConstitutionfrom Maine  answered…4yrs4Y

If you make abortion illegal you have to strengthen the culture around marriage. Marriage and family unitd is what protects women, men and children as a group.

 @8XW5Z6KConstitution from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-choice because there are so many situations where it is okay to have an abortion that's based on what the mother thinks

 @8XT2QZVConstitution from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-life, but allow in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

 @8XFJXXVConstitution from Massachusetts  answered…4yrs4Y

I do not agree with abortion I only agree. If the woman is not ready to have a baby or has been raped by someone
