I'm pro-choice. But I feel like the government needs to set a Country-Wide minimum. Let's say the government legalizes abortion but protects it up to the first 12 weeks. All 50 states can choose then to adhere to the 12-week minimum or increase past the 12-week minimum up to 16 weeks. After 16 weeks, I think that abortion should only be allowed in medical emergencies, where the mother or fetus is life is in danger, or for children under the age of 16.
