How do you think a balance between screen time and other activities could improve your daily life?

 @9JFJRXP  from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

There's always a perfect balance you have to strike with all things new and the truth people have to realize is you can't do everything in your life so make every decision with as much though as a move in professional chess.

 @9JDCFVC from Ohio  answered…2yrs2Y

I think it could improve your life by making people be more succesful and fit.

 @9JDCK25 from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Screen time can prevent you from seeing new things. While other activities can help you see new things.

 @9JDCDSZ from Virginia  answered…2yrs2Y

The balance might greatly affect me in a certain manner. If I do more screen time than other activities, I might not be able to do anything to help my community. If it’s the other way around, I could be willing to help my community for the greater good.

Imagine a world where all leaders are centrists; do you see it as a peaceful utopia or a stagnant society?

 @9HGJYBJ from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

Stagnant society. No war, may mean no change. No change, no positives or negatives. We may die out as a result of this viewpoint.

 @9HGJRNY from Missouri  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9HGJQJB from California  answered…2yrs2Y

I'm not sure because it hasn't happened so I can't imagine what the outcome would be.

Is a centrist approach in politics capable of fostering innovation, or does it inherently favor the status quo?

 @9H86DPQ  from Iowa  answered…2yrs2Y

Centrism seems like a smart approach to politics because it sees both sides arguments.

 @9H85SLF from Illinois  answered…2yrs2Y

Centrism allows both parties to negotiate what is better for both of them. We will always have somebody mad when we make decisions, but it's better for everyone to be heard and have a say in the matter.

 @9H84WPK from New York  answered…2yrs2Y

Centrists provide nothing to a political discussion besides playing devils advocate

 @9H87J9C from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Centrism promotes government stability, and enactment of common-sense, bipartisan legislation into law. Centrism can be compatible with innovation as innovation is not inherently partisan, and stability of the central/national government can facilitate experimentation with innovative ideas at the state, and local levels and in the private sector.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How might the world be different if young people's first exposure to politics was through a centrist perspective?

From your experience, does aiming for balance in a group project lead to better or worse results?

 @9HG26PLfrom Guam  commented…2yrs2Y

Yes. There has to be a singular guiding principle at work, rather than everyone taking something from one another. That is all well and good, but if it comes at the cost of the guiding principle it must be stopped.

 @9HFY65K from South Carolina  commented…2yrs2Y

 @9HGK9N6 from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

It all depends on how the balance is achieved and if all are really in agreement.

How might considering different viewpoints lead to a more fulfilling personal relationship with your peers?

 @9L3546SIndependence from Missouri  answered…1yr1Y

 @9L34QPG from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

By allowing yourself to see someone else's side, it becomes easier to find a middle ground and work towards a solution. When someone is unable to put their belief aside for a moment no progress can happen.

Do you ever find yourself torn between friends' opposing views; how do you handle it?

 @9HG7LFBIndependentanswered…2yrs2Y

I do find myself in a position where me and my friends have opposing views, I try to remember that we all have different life experiences that cause us to view things differently. At the end of the day however I can still love people even if we don't agree.

 @9HG75H8 from Connecticut  answered…2yrs2Y

In what ways do you think balance in media consumption might influence your views on current events?

 @9L4W4N7 from Washington  answered…1yr1Y

I think the media pushes many people to either the far right or far left, I think that something needs to be done with the algorithms to decrease it.

 @9L4W3XGSocialist from Maryland  answered…1yr1Y

Centrism in America more often than not is just a form of cowardice. To be a true centrist, you have to not care. For example, if you're neutral on the stance of free education, than you aren't actually providing any real substance.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

In what ways do you believe the principle 'everything in moderation' could apply to our use of technology?

 @9KDRXJMPeace and Freedom from Missouri  answered…2yrs2Y

It could be used because people are constantly using and consuming media to where most people can't go for at least a week without seeing some form of media.

 @9KDR53P from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

I think we do need to limit technology, especially at younger ages. Particularly during the ages of 0-8 as those ages are the developing ages, and bad habits can be started there. Then some limitations for the rest of the minors sounds good too as social media has a huge impact on young kids causing lots of body image issues as well as self-esteem issues.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How would society change if social media platforms promoted centrist views more than polarizing ones?

 @9HTZQX4 from Oregon  answered…2yrs2Y

I think it would help with a divide, not fully, but i think people have more in common and polarized ideas lead to misinformation and propaganda

When confronted with a school challenge, how does drawing from diverse strategies help find effective solutions?

 @9L5CNHF from Louisiana  answered…1yr1Y

centrism helps find more effective solutions by cutting off all the excessive punishments and trying to form a more suitable punshment that still teaches lessons

it helps as it makes us learn new ways to solve problems and in the process is revolutionizes our people and country.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Do you think being a centrist makes someone a better listener, considering they value multiple perspectives?

 @9HGV5Q9 from New Hampshire  answered…2yrs2Y

It's possible, but in most cases, "centrists" are really just right-wingers trying to appear more agreeable. In practice, these people will actually just call anything left-wing "radical".

 @9HG8Y4H from Missouri  answered…2yrs2Y

yes, i do think it can make some one a better listener as they have to listen to all sides of a story.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

If you had to debate a controversial topic at school, would you prefer centrist arguments, and if so, why?

 @93TV66CSocialist from Maine  answered…2yrs2Y

No, centrism is cowardice. There is no middle ground in the face of injustice. There is right and wrong. I’m not religious, but even the Bible is critical of those who are “lukewarm.” Centrism is a way to avoid taking any real stance.

 @9HR6K9WSocialistfrom Northern Mariana Islands  answered…2yrs2Y

This is because it is necessary to recall the basic attitude that nothing is equally superior to anything else and logically criticize centralism.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

 @9JT5VLB from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes since it promotes moderate policies that avoid the perceived extremes of left-wing and right-wing ideologies.

 @9JT5FTC from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Centrism does matter. Even if I don't like at times, it need make sure no part goes out of boundaries and some crazy.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How might the ideology of centrism be beneficial in negotiating peace among countries in conflict?

 @Dman632Democrat  from Connecticut  answered…2yrs2Y

Compromise is necessary to find any true progress. If there is no common ground, nothing will truly change

 @9J5BFTK from California  answered…2yrs2Y

because typically people are radical in their beliefs and therefore a moderate approach can provide a failsafe for politics because as seen throughout history disagreements often lead to violence
