Yes, although they definitely shouldn’t be first in line for aid we should use aid to curb influence from nations like china. Plus fascistic, authoritarian regimes like the Taliban tend to suck so badly that after 40-60 years people in the country fight for change to get away from their corrupt, horrible, and evil rule as the justification for what they do stops seeming so prevalent and worth all the suffering it brings about.
