What's the value of having friends from different backgrounds, and how does that challenge inequality?

 @9KJ22T6Independent from Maryland answered…2mos2MO

The value of having friends from different backgrounds helps people gain a more empathetic understanding for people unlike themselves.

 @9KJGN8S  from Minnesota agreed…2mos2MO

Having been homeless, in jail, and now standing on my own two feet with my own home and a 4 year degree I have a well rounded opinion on life in general I know the work it takes and what’s possible and coming from a “white privileged home” didn’t save me from making mistakes and having to learn from them. I often find some people in power don’t take the time to figure out what the people actually need

All my life I have been surrounded with peers of numerous racial backgrounds and it has given me personal insight as to their struggles and culture and therefore, I have developed empathy and respect for races beyond my own.

If I could create a level playing field in one area of life, it would be education. Education is the foundation of a society, and providing equal opportunities for all individuals to access quality education is crucial to creating a just and equitable society. By ensuring that everyone has access to the same educational resources, regardless of their background, socioeconomic status or geographic location, we can empower people to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.

How do you think future technologies could help or hinder the fight for equality?

 @9HVMG96Women’s Equality from Missouri answered…4mos4MO

i dont think it help or hinder, us people need to work on it outside of technologies.

 @9HVHPXG from Texas answered…4mos4MO

I believe that future technology could eliminate the need for low income workers in many different jobs provided by large corporations. Therefore these corporations would be even more of a threat to the free market system of economy we observe today. Technologies should be limited in society but not hindered so that we become inefficient with our resources.
