The human life, when conceived as an embryo, grows into a zygote, then into a fetus, and in all of these stages, is a human life separate from the mother. Human life is sacred, we all agree on that—-whether one is religious or irreligious.

It isn't about whether or not a zygote or fetus is morally equivalent to a human (it isn't but thats a different conversation), it's about bodily autonomy. No matter how many lives it would save you cannot be forced to be an organ donor, it's the same thing with pregnancy. The most fundamental and basic right of a human being is to have agency over your body. People should not be forced to incubate a fetus. Your body is not seperate from you as a person, it is you, forcing people to carry an unwanted pregnancy is an invasion of that person's very being.

But you jeopardize one adult life for an embryo which could die at birth and kill the mother. Women should have the choice of abortion as it is their body. All children deserve loving parents but not all adults should be parents.
