That shameless level of politically expedient flip flopping is not going to cut it as a defense. Fact is she's on HD Video saying the opposite of *all* of the above, and Trump campaign should feel no compunction of airing those clips heavily in attack ads

Can't think of a candidate who didn't make changes when beginning a presidential campaign. Vance used to know Trump was a rapist and now doesn't - that's less common.. (JD Vance)

And JD Vance called Trump Hitler so I guess both sides have revised their positions a bit

Journalists job is to question why it changed. Not parroting your masters talking points

Harris believes the opposite of everything she’s ever done and said as of becoming the nominee. You can vote for her now. She no longer thinks, believes, or does anything she thought, believed, or did, up until a week ago.

Got it

 @SadRightistDemocrat from Georgia  commented…2yrs2Y

are you guys going to insist that she talk on the record about these things or just take the word of random campaign staff walking back major positions she took when she ran for president last time?

 @9RQB33Q from Texas  commented…2yrs2Y

Harris has only been the nominee for a week. She should make her policies clear to the public, especially if they have changed since her last presidential run. A move to the center would be disappointing, but honestly not surprising.

This should’ve been obvious to progressives when Harris, after two years of sponsoring Bernie’s bill, said she only raised her hand in support of eliminating private insurance because she misheard the question.

When asked why she made a complete reversal from all of her 2020 campaign promises, a low level staffer, who was offered anonymity to discuss sensitive matters, said “it’s not ‘brat,’ to get less than 1 percent of the vote in a primary so she wanted to try something different.”

How would you react if a politician you supported changed their position on an issue you deeply care about, like healthcare reform or gun control legislation?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Is adjusting policy stances a sign of pragmatism or betrayal to those who originally supported the politician for their more progressive or conservative views?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

What impact do you think a politician's shift towards the center on contentious issues has on their supporters’ trust and loyalty?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How do you feel about a politician changing their stance on key issues like border enforcement, healthcare, and gun control after joining a larger political campaign?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Do you believe it's acceptable for a politician to adjust their policies to align with their running mate, or should they stick to their original promises?
