Realistically, this cannot happen, so a true anarchy is near impossible as there is always SOMEONE that commands. I like the idea of anarchy, but it isn't realistic if you think about it. When you try to make a anarchy, you end up going to either a communist government, or a democracy, both of which are not ideal in this conversation.
